Vincent Mentzel is a Dutch photojournalist, who was knighted by Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands in 2007 for his contributions to photography. Known for his portraits of eminent Dutch politicians and statesmen, he changed the face of Dutch political photography and is considered one of the great photographic artists.
