    Hij is de zanger met het langste haar en de ruigste podiumact, die in het voorprogramma van de Rolling Stones Mick Jagger doet verbleken. Wally Tax is het eerste rockidool van Nederland. Van 1966 tot 1969 speelt hij met zijn band The Outsiders elke zaal plat. Met de roem komen het geld, de groupies en de gekte.
